Present: Kitchenmaster, Cook, Flint, VanDooren, Davis, Turner, Hart. Also present, Marcy Shepler, Monty Key, Matthew Key, Lisa Driver, Kelvin Potter.
Absent: None.
Call to Order at 7 PM. Pledge of Allegiance.
Corrections/additions to agenda: None.
Approval /Corrections to PC minutes of 5/21/2019: Motion Cook, second VanDooren to approve the minutes of 5/21/2019 Planning Commission regular meeting. PASSED.
Public Comment: None.
New Business: Deliberation on SLU Permit-Sawmill submitted by:

Hart explained that she had met with Kelvin Potter and Lisa Driver for a sawmill demonstration on June 5th to address concerns regarding noise levels. The results from the meeting as well as the effect of a sawmill on neighboring properties and traffic are addressed in the Motion of Final Decision [Exhibit 2].
Motion Flint, second Cook to approve the SLU permit submitted by Kelvin Potter, 5317 Corey Rd, for Sawmill, per written Motion of Final Decision. PASSED.
