Planning Commission Meeting Minutes

September 15, 2020 7:00 P.M – Locke Township Hall, 3805 Bell Oak Road Williamston

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.  Pledge of Allegiance was recited.
2. Present:  Ken Cook, Dean Kitchenmaster, Karen VanDooren, Dorothy Hart, Matthew Flint

      Absent: David Carlson

3. Public in attendance: Bob Davis
4. There were no additions to the agenda
5. Motion to approve July 21, 2020 meeting minutes by Flint, supported by Cook, motion carries: Passed
6. Old Business:
   1. Kitchenmaster advised he will be contacting Sarah to see if she is interested in the recording secretary job
   2. Review Master Plan Chapter 4
      1. No changes

      7. New Business: none

      8. Concerns/comments of PC members, ZA and or consultants:

    a.  Hart suggested scheduling Planning Commission Meetings for 2021

using the same scheduling pattern as 2020.  All members agreed

2.  Hart advised there has been reports of vandalism to road signs in the Township.  Hart has contacted the Ingham County Road Authority
