- Approval of agenda (Shepler, Smith)
- Motion to approve July 18, 2023 PC minutes (Shepler, Smith)
- The PC Reviewed each section of the Wind and Solar Ordinance drafts. As each draft section of the ordinances were discussed, specific questions for the Foster Swift team were prepared for the September review. These questions are meant to clarify specific language, and to help gain a better understanding of the meaning behind some legal definitions.
Overall, the PC agreed that the ordinances were well written and easily understood.
