*Proposal from Williams & Works, dated Dec. 3rd, to prepare Locke Township Zoning Ordinance update $18,000 in approx. 9 months. Begin update approx. Apr ‘25. Any questions/discussion? Motion , second to accept Williams & Works proposal to prepare Locke Twp Zoning Ordinance update as stated in Dec. 3, 2024 letter at an estimated cost of $18,000
and a time frame of approx. 9 months. All in favor All opposed Proposal passes/fails. Motion , second to authorize Supervisor to sign Contract.
Supervisor to notify Williams & Works that Proposal accepted, Williams & Works team members biographies were not attached to the proposal letter, send Contract.

*Attorney — anticipate Atty Hitch will retire this year. RFP [Request for Proposal] sent to potential legal service providers asking for written submission
outlining experience, processes and costs. . An elected official will need to research what a RFP should contain and draft the document. The Twp Bd will provide input to the draft document, then approve the document.
The Twp Bd members will have to identify which law firms the RFP is sent.
