* Township Wages 2026-27: After talking to the Township Board Members and comparing our wages with other Townships, Supervisor Lott is looking for a motion to keep the Locke Township wages the same for the 2026-27 year. *Cemetery Ordinance, Plastic Flowers: Supervisor Lott is looking for a motion to allow plastic flowers year round as long as they are in the allotted distance that the ordinance allows and the flowers will be disposed of, if they are not in that area. Also, Supervisor Lott will have conversations with the lawn maintenance company ever year to talk about not hitting them with the weed whipper. Questions or Comments? *Ordinance NO 2026-03, Ordinance to establish a Moratorium on approval of Data Centers as a Land Use in the Township: Supervisor is looking for the Locke Township Board to adopt Ordinance 2026-03. *Local Road Program: Supervisor Lott meet with the ICRD on January 27,2026 and discussed what they were hoping to accomplish this year in our Township. They are going to do a $45,000 match. Supervisor Lott is recommending that we put in $51,744(Harris Rd) +$59,290(Dietz Rd) -$45,000(ICRD Match) for a total of $66,304 for 2026-27. Then next year (2027-28) we will look at an option of tackling Pringle/Colby Roads. Questions or comments? If not, I’m looking for a motion to agree to this amount and enter into ma contract with ICRD.
