*Bank CD: The CD was rolled over for another year but it was a lower interest rate then we thought because we needed to take it out and put back in. So next time we will know better.

*Locke Township Cemetery Signs: Cemetery signs have been made and installed by Supervisor Lott. Signs on the Spot did an amazing job on the signs.

*Flags: Clerk Turner has purchased the flags for the cemetery.

*Locke Township Road Contract: Supervisor Lott signed the contract with the Ingham County Road Department on Thursday April 17, 2025 to start work on Deitz Road.

7. 7. New Business

*ORV Ordinance: Supervisor Lott has been in contact with the DNR and the Ingham County Sheriffs Department to discuss if Locke Township could adopt this ORV Ordinance. After both checking on it, both parties got back with me and gave us the okay, as long as we follow the State Laws for ORV use. Supervisor Lott would like the board to take this into consideration, Any questions or comments?

* Locke Township received a FOIA Request/File Review Request from AEI Project NO. 509169 for 5567 M-52, Rollin Auto Sales 0n April 22, 2025 and was completed on April 25, 2025.

Supervisor –  Attended the Planning Commission meeting on 4-15-2025 and found it to be a great way to learn our ordinances as they get rewritten. Also attended the May 7, 2025 Intro to Planning and Zoning in Frankenmuth.

Zoning Administrator –April report summary w/building permits update. Also attended The May 7, 2025 Intro to Planning and Zoning workshop in Frankenmuth.
