*ORV Ordinance: Supervisor Lott is looking for a motion to approve the ORV Ordinance 2025-01 into the Locke Township Zoning Ordinance. Motion____, Second_____, to accept the ORV Ordinance 2025-01. Roll call Hull____, Shepler______, Lott_____. Motion Passes/fails? If motion passes, it takes affect 8 days from then. One of the board members will have no more than 15 days to publish the new Ordinance.

*Planning commission meeting for July has been moved to the 22^nd of July.

*Summer Taxes: All Summer Taxes have been mailed out as of July 1,2025.

8. 8. New Business:

*PC and BOR Seat: If you haven’t heard yet, Cory Jorgensen has moved and no longer lives in the Township. After talking to Cory, he has decided it would be best to step away. I would like to say thank you for your service to Locke Township and you will be missed. So now, Supervisor Lott is looking for a motion to accept the resignation of Cory Jorgensen from the Locke Township Board of Review and the Locke Township Planning Commission. Motion____, Second_____, to accept Cory Jorgensen’s resignation from BOR and PC. All in favor say Aye____, All opposed say nay____. Motion passes/fails?

*Township Web Page: Community members are asking for our page to get better, Supervisor Lott wants to open this up for discussion. Any comments or questions?

*Glen Dor Drain: On July 7, 2025 Supervisor attended Day of review of drainage district boundaries and review of appointments at the Ingham County Drain Commissioner’s office. He will bring the results of this meeting to the July 8, 2025 board meeting.
