Present:  Kitchenmaster, Cook, Flint, VanDooren, Davis, Turner, Hart.  Also, present, Matthew and Amber Key.

Absent:  None.

Call to Order at 7 PM.  Pledge of Allegiance.

Corrections/additions to agenda:  None.

Approval /Corrections to PC minutes of 6/18/2019:  Motion VanDooren, second Flint to approve the minutes of 6/18/2019 Planning Commission special meeting.  PASSED.

Public Comment:  None.

Public hearing for Key Auto Repair.

Public Hearing opened at 7:01 PM by Chairperson Kitchenmaster with explanation of procedure of Public Hearing.  Purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comment on an SLU Permit Application for Table 10-3- Service and Repair of Vehicles and Equipment submitted by:

Applicant: Matthew and Amber Key

Parcel Number: 33 04 04 16 400 013

Subject Property Address: 5200 M-52, Williamston

Explanation of SLU by Matthew Key.  Hart explained that there had not been any concerns from neighboring properties.

Public Hearing closed at 7:04 PM.

Planning Commission deliberation and/or action on SLU for Key Auto Repair. Discussion of Final Review by Hart for Auto Repair business dated 7/9/2019 [Exhibit 1]. Motion Kitchenmaster, second Cook to adopt Motion of Final Approval for Matthew and Amber Key, 5200 M-52-Service and Repair of Vehicles and Equipment {Exhibit 2}.  PASSED.

New Business:  PC Discussion on Blight.
